Connells Point Netball Club is inviting young children aged 5–9 years to enjoy an exciting and active school holiday experience with its popular “Connies Clinics” School Holiday Program.
Created especially for younger players, the clinic focuses on introducing children to the fundamentals of netball in a safe, supportive, and fun environment. The sessions are designed to help participants learn new skills, build confidence, stay active, and make new friends while enjoying the school holidays.
The clinics will take place on Tuesday 7th July and Tuesday 14th July, running from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM. Across the two sessions, children will participate in engaging skill-based activities, teamwork exercises, and beginner-friendly netball drills tailored specifically for younger age groups.
Connells Point Netball Club says the program is built around three key goals:
- Learn
- Play
- Have Fun
The clinic also encourages young participants to build skills and confidence both on and off the court through interactive coaching and positive encouragement from experienced club members.
Pricing for the two-session clinic is:
- $50 for Connells Point registered participants
- $60 for non-CP registered attendees
Parents are encouraged to ensure children:
- Bring a water bottle
- Wear activewear
- Wear a Connells Point training shirt or a black T-shirt

As one of the region’s long-standing community sporting clubs, Connells Point Netball Club continues to invest in junior development programs that create positive first experiences in sport for young children. The school holiday clinics provide an excellent opportunity for kids aged 5–9 years to stay active, social, and engaged during the break while discovering the excitement of netball.
